Windows: Load Update App From the Command Line

On older computers with the new Windows 10 update window I often find I can't get the start menu to show it to me in a timely fashion, instead getting the Apple updater or whatever. Anyway you can instantiate it manually:

1. Right click on the task bar, select Task Manager
2. If no menu ribbon is available, click 'More details'
3. Select File, Run
4. Enter: ms-settings:windowsupdate
