Windows: Re-partition C Drive

If you resize your hard disk (e.g. when using a virtual machine)  in Windows Disk Manager (diskmgmt.msc) you may find the new partition marked as "Recovery Partition (Healthy)" with the only option as "Help".

If you want to re-size your primary (Windows) partition then you'll need to force delete it.
