Mac How To: Eject a DVD/CD When OsX Says it's in use

I was ripping a DVD today and after it was done wanted to eject it... OSX had other ideas and claimed it was still in use.

The answer I found was to open Terminal and type:
drutil eject
Press enter and it should be ejected.
