Mac How To: Rip An ISO from disk

I often forget how to rip isos on a mac so here is a note to self:
  1. Insert Disk
  2. Open Disk Utility
  3. Select the Disk
  4. Select New Image
  5. Change the type to CD/DVD Master (cdr extension)
  6. Select the location and filename
  7. Rip the image
  8. Rename the file to .iso
NB: You might find when you try to eject it claims it's in use: my other post covers this.
